With this mindset, we’ve launched an ambitious project to gradually transform our facilities in Vila-sana, Spain, aiming to create spaces that are more inspiring, efficient, and true to our industrial essence.
One of the most significant milestones in this process has been the integration of some offices into the workshop area, a strategic move designed to break down barriers between departments. This change not only improves communication between technical and administrative teams but also encourages greater collaboration and day-to-day dynamism.
Functionality, well-being, identity
The key to this transformation has been finding the perfect balance between functionality and warmth. With the collaboration of interior designer Susanna Cots, we have created spaces that prioritise natural light, warm materials, and an efficient layout to promote teamwork.
“The idea was to break down barriers between areas, creating a space that breathes functionality but also inspires those who work in it, always maintaining the technical essence of the place,” explains Susanna Cots.
We’ve not only created more practical spaces but also ensured they reflect our identity. From the finishes to the small details, every design decision has been made to honour our industrial DNA while adding a touch of warmth to inspire the people of Arcusin.
