This philosophy has inspired an ambitious project to gradually transform our facilities in Vila-sana, Spain, into spaces that are more inspiring, efficient, and aligned with our industrial essence.
One of the key milestones in this journey has been integrating part of the offices into the workshop area. This strategic move breaks down barriers between departments, enhancing communication between technical and administrative teams while fostering greater collaboration and day-to-day efficiency.
Functionality, well-being, identity
This transformation has focused on striking the perfect balance between functionality and warmth. Collaborating with interior designer Susanna Cots, we’ve created spaces that prioritize natural light, warm materials, and efficient layouts to encourage teamwork.
“The idea was to eliminate barriers between areas, creating a space that breathes functionality while motivating those who work in it, all while preserving the technical essence of the space,” explains Susanna Cots.
The result is more practical spaces that also convey our identity. From finishes to small details, every design decision reflects our industrial DNA while adding warmth to inspire Arcusin’s people.
