Last October, the Professional Association of Businesswomen of Lleida and the Pyrenees Ap! Lleida celebrated the fifteenth edition of the Ap! Lleida Awards. The goal is to recognize the work of businesswomen in the province in areas such as research, business, communication, art or sports.

Our “multitasking” director, as we call Blanca in the company, received the award for planning, innovation and internationalization for her professional projects.

At Arcusin, she has led the project to open our subsidiary in the United States, managing to solidify Arcusin’s presence in the American market and turning it into one of our main markets. She also led the planning and implementation of our 2020-2023 strategic plan, where Arcusin managed to expand its international distribution network to more than 60 countries and launch new machines to the market.

Outside the office, Blanca is also part of the Agrupem Board of Directors, an association dedicated to promoting the economic and social development of companies in the Pla d’Urgell region, as well as ANSEMAT, an organization that works to promote the interests of manufacturers of farming equipment; and the board of the FMAC, a cluster of manufacturers of agricultural machinery in Catalonia.

In her emotional speech, our director thanked her family for trusting her to continue piloting the innovations that her father and grandfather started, and to continue expanding the Arcusin brand throughout the world. From La Seu Vella, she also took the opportunity to send a message of empowerment to all women, encouraging them to trust themselves and pursue their professional dreams without fear.
