Exceptional performance at the AutoPick GTi Harvester Demonstration in Salamanca

After a two-year break, we were thrilled to return to Finca Telereta, right in the heart of Salamanca. This impressive 10-hectare farm, home to over 4.000 pistachio trees, including Kerman and Peter varieties, set the stage of another hands-on demo of our most adaptable shaker, the AutoPick GTi.
This demostration wasn’t just another test, it was a real-world showcase. Farmes from across Spain gathered to watch the AutoPick GTi in action and see how it performs in various conditions and tree types. Many of them were also curious to see how the plantation has developed after several harvests using our technology.
Our host one again was Pilar Pascual, know as @agripilar on Instagram, who welcomed us warmly to her home. We were also joined by Antio Carraro, supportint the demo with his specialized tractor-shaker. His equipment pairs perfectly with plantations like Finca Telereta and works seamlessly with our tree shakers for both olives and nuts.
The spotlight of the day was de Arcusin AutoPick GTi, our most versatile shaker, delivering reliable results and showing exactly why it’s become a favorite among professionals in the field.
At Finca Telereta, we had the perfect chance to show how our nut tree shakers deliver top performance while protecting each tree. This is the result of over 25 years of hands-on experience. It was also a great opportunity to connect with farmers, hear their concerns, and watch our machines in action under real field conditions.

We were glad to have Joan Solsona with us, one of our most experienced sales representatives in the olive and nut tree shaker sector. He gave a hands-on master class explaining how the AutoPick GTi operates, right before showcasing its performance live in the field.

How the AutoPick GTi Harvester Works

The AutoPick GTi worked efficienlty all day long, shaking 90–100 trees per hour. It handled trunks from 2 to 7 cm in diameter within a 4.5 m × 4.5 m spacing without damaging bark, roots or shoots. According to Joan in his presentation, the best shaker is not necessarily the one that shakes the strongest, but the one that shakes gently without inflicting harm. This is what differentiates us from our competitors.

Kicking off the nut and olive harvest season with our shaker was a total success. The day wrapped up with a special tasting at Finca Telereta and a warm family dinner featuring their exclusive local gem, the Garbanzos La Muñeca.

We truly value any effort that brings modern equipment closer to the fields where it matters most. Seeing our machines in action at AgriPilar’s pistachio farm is the best way to understand their performance.
