Celebrate our 10K on Instagram – Official Contest Rules and Legal Terms

1. Organizer
This contest is organized by ARCUSIN S.A., with its headquarters located at Poligono Ind. Pla de Urgell, Avda. Merlet, 8 – 25245 Vilasana (Lleida), Spain.

2. Eligibility
This contest is open to individuals worldwide, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ARCUSIN S.A., as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter
To enter the contest, participants must:

  • Follow @arcusin and @agritechnica on Instagram.
  • Tag a friend in the comments section of the contest post. Each comment with a unique tag counts as an additional entry.
  • Share the contest post on their Instagram story and tag @arcusin.

4. Contest Period
The contest begins on November 13, 2024 and ends on November 27, 2024, at 12 PM CET. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.

5. Prize
The prize includes:

  • Tickets to AGRITECHNICA for November 9, 2025
  • Accommodation at Limehome Hannover on November 8 and 9, 2025
  • Round-trip flights from any destination worldwide, with hotel transfer included
  • A tasting dinner at Handwerk Hannover, a Michelin-rated restaurant

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries, and the selection process will be publicly shown on ARCUSIN’s Instagram stories to ensure transparency. The winner will be announced on November 27, 2024, at 12 PM CET via Instagram stories on @arcusin. The winner will be contacted through direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.

7. Personal Data
No personal data will be collected in this contest, other than the Instagram profile name of the winner for contact purposes.

8. Rights and Responsibilities
Participants acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any liability associated with this contest.

9. Official Platform
This contest is exclusively hosted on the official Instagram profile of @arcusin. Entries submitted through other platforms or profiles will not be considered.
