TECHNOLOGY
Shaking head and clamp
This is the part of the machine that must silently transmit the vibrations that shake the tree, providing an alternative linear vibration.
Tree care
Multi-function clamp. It can attack directly trees’ trunks up to 20 cm diameter. For larger trees, it can attack the main branches. The maximum aperture of the clamp is 25 cm.
The clamp rotates almost 360º, for greater adaptation and work in any space.
Total handling
Extraordinary mobility and capacity to adapt to the needs and characteristics of each plantation, regardless of the number of main trunks. It is possible to shake both the trunk and the main branches, thereby achieving perfect shaking coverage.
Adaption of the clamp and its pads to the natural position of the trunk or branch. (Floating clamp).
Silent cushioning and counterblow system of the extensible arm. It provides flexibility to the tree and prevents the loss of vibrations to the tractor and the most rigid parts of the unit.
Types of set up
Rear coupling on the three points of the tractor.
Front coupling on the shovel.
It is possible to lift the whole unit, which makes easier direct unloading onto a trailer, if the machine is equipped with an inverted umbrella.
* MT harvets units can also be used in combination with forklift units, miniloaders, retro-excavators, etc, as long as the technical features of the vehicle makes it possible.

Tractor: minimum recommended power 60 HP. standard four-wheel drive .
If the machine is equipped with an inverted umbrella, we recommend a standard four-wheel drive tractor with at least 90 HP.
PTO output 540 RPM.
Hydraulic circuit with a variable flow rate pump:
• Shaking Maximum flow rate 56 litres/minute. Maximum pressure 250 bars.
• Movements Maximum flow rate 56 litres/minute. Maximum pressure 160 bars.
50 litre compact refrigerated hydraulic tank.
