Nut & Olive Shaker

The head is the part of the machine that transmits an excellent and soft vibration to the tree. This vibration is achieved by means of an eccentric mass with 6 adjustment positions which allow the selection of the vibration amplitude.
Adjustable clamp. Useful for trees with trunks of ≥ 8 cm up to ≤ 45 cm. The maximum aperture of the clamp is 51.5 cm.
Head integrated to receiving hopper.
Automatic gripping function before the vibration begins.
Automatic blockage of the clamps to prevent any pressure loss.

The clamp is equipped with natural rubber pads. Its shape allows the modification of their assembly position to better adapt to the surface of the different tree trunk sizes.
Protective skirt pads for a higher durability of the pads and a better care of the tree.
Both the pads and the skirt pads are available in different degrees of hardness to better adapt to all types of plantations and harvesting periods.
Adjustable gripping pressure of the head to prevent damages to the bark of the trees.

Ability to adapt to the needs and characteristics of each plantation, as long as the development of the tree allows it, ensuring a perfect vibration coverage. Adaptation of the clamp to the natural position of the trunk. Floating clamp.

Rear coupling on the tree points of the tractor.

Compact and refrigerated 50 litre hydraulic tank.

It consists of a metallic box and some mobile fabric pieces in the shape of an inverted umbrella, which surrounds the tree so that when the shaker makes the nut or fruit fall, it is stored inside the hopper.
The unloading operation takes place by means of a cylinder located inside, which opens a lower trapdoor which discharges the fruits or nuts. This operation is controlled from the control box.

Two position mobile bars:
