Right of Withdrawal

The user has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days following receipt of the product, without the need to provide any justification. The product must be returned in its original condition, without signs of improper use and, where applicable, with the original packaging intact. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the user, except in the case of defective products.

Returns and Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. The product must be returned in perfect condition, without damage and, where applicable, in its original packaging. In the event that the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be borne by ARCUSIN S.A..

The owner reserves the right to modify product prices at any time; however, such modifications will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Any price change affecting a pending order will be communicated to the user before the purchase is completed.
